  • Ability to save the archive in open XML format.

Seamless integration into eRoom

All controls are located in the room.

All controls are located directly in the room. Button visibility can be set for all users or only for specific user groups by means of user administration. Administrators are given access to administration controls via ARCHIVER Administrator. The ARCHIVE Room button enables the entire room to be archived. Selected elements can be archived by clicking the ARCHIVE Items button.

Ability to select desired content

The entire room or selected content can be selected with a single click.

The user can select individual eRoom content or entire rooms for archiving.

Preservation of form and structure

The appearance of the eRoom and the structure of the data are preserved. The online eRoom and the archive are displayed on the left and right side, respectively.

Can be saved in open format

No proprietary file format, and hence no special viewer technology required

The content is saved in open *.xml format. This makes it possible to obtain read access using a simple Web browser. Internet Explorer (PC) and the Safari Browser (Mac) are currently supported. The archive contains all of the eRoomís content, metadata, and UI elements, so the archive can be opened in a browser simply by clicking the Index.html file.
