The functional and content gap between eRoom and the target system is a major challenge. This results from the limitations of the target system as well as the actual use of eRoom. Without a precise analysis of this gap, one runs the risk of stumbling painfully more often during the project.
Migration to the archive
With ARCHIVER, you can archive and save selected eRoom content, files, and the eRoom look and feel as offline web pages. These offline web pages are saved as ZIP archives and can be managed in a structured way on a file share, in the library or in a document management system. The archives can be opened either with a web browser or the ARCHIVER Viewer. You will hardly notice any difference to an online eRoom.
